20e0e77e72 Initial commit: Red Pill backup & restore for Omarchy 
Unified backup system using rsync hardlink snapshots to external drives.
Includes TUI, CLI, auto-backup on shutdown, integrity verification,
new machine restore, and clean uninstaller.
